After breakfast, we will proceed on our village tour and drive to the village of Walvanda in Warli district Thane. On reaching, transfer to one of the Walvanda villager’s house. After fresh-n-up participate in orientation of Village, interact locals and understand their culture and traditions. Visit a Warli Home for lunch prepared by the locals. Later, in the afternoon go for a village walk to enjoy the livelihood activities. In the evening enjoy the Warli dance followed by dinner and an overnight stay in Walvanda.The word “Warli” come from the word “warla” which means ‘piece of land’. The Warli tribes of Maharashtra are best known for their indigenous artwork. They draw minimalistic geometric forms to depict scenes from daily life in a distinct Warli style. This form can be used to decorate walls, crockery, fabric and a variety of different surfaces. Handicrafts decorated with this art are the main source of income for the Warli people.

After breakfast, full day exploration around the villages. Visiting their home and blending interactions with warli tribesmen, participate in their daily life style and dining in their homes. In the evening, enjoy the Warli art Lessons from the Artesian. Learn Warli Painting and draw different aspects of the warli life and environment. Later, gather for tribal dance with bonfire followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will leave for our next village tour to Dehna. On arrival, check into the village house / tents. After fresh-n-up participate in orientation of Village, interact locals and understand their culture and traditions. Later, enjoy a walk in Dehna village. In the evening amaze yourself with bonfire followed by dinner. An overnight stay in Dehna.

Mohan

After tea, we will go for morning walk to the nearby villages. Later, return back for breakfast. After breakfast, we will leave for the village of Purushwadi located in Ahmednagar district. The tribal village of Purushwadi is inhabited by the ‘Hindu Mahadev Koli’ tribe and renowned for as rice cultivators and skilled animal herdsmen. Purushwadi, MaharashtraThe villagers here are warm, simple & full of wonder. The local communities are predominantly tribal and concentrate on cultivation and animal husbandry for their livelihoods. Among different tribes of the region are bails, kolis mahadevs, thakars, koli dhors, tokre kolis, pardhis, koknas, warlis, kathodis and katkaris.On reaching at Purushwadi, check into the village house or tent. After fresh-n-up indulge in an orientation about the village and their folk. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Purushwadi.

After breakfast, we will participate in the daily life of the locals by visiting their homes. One can also try his / her hand to prepare the food with the help of local in their traditional way. In the evening enjoy village walk and walk through the rural field. An overnight stay in Purushwadi.

After breakfast, have a pleasant chat with the villagers before setting off for the city life. Further, bid farewell to our rustic tour and drive to Mumbai. On arrival, check into hotel. Evening is free for leisure. An overnight stay at the hotel.

Today After having breakfast we will Transfer to the Mumbai airport / railway station for onward connection.
